Shipping policy
Turnaround
Each product states the range of days required to complete production of an order before shipping. These ranges are a rough estimate of the time required to individually complete an item from raw materials. Production can take longer or shorter than the specified turnaround time.
If a product order will take longer than the specified turnaround time stated, the purchaser will be emailed concerning any issues or delays. If the order cannot be completed within 1 week AFTER the specified turnaround time range, the purchaser will receive a 100% refund (purchase price, taxes, shipping), plus a $10 credit towards any future purchase – plus an apology and an explanation on why the purchase could not be finished on time.
The above-stated policy does not apply to ordered items listed as 'Out of Stock'. There are limited Out of Stock items that can be purchased after all current inventories are exhausted; however, Zelpha Comics Ltd. makes no guarantees on when new inventory will be available. Zelpha Comics Ltd. will do what it can to ensure new orders are fulfilled as soon as possible for out of stock items.
Once an item is ready to be shipped, it will be sent via Canada Post. For U.S. orders, the purchase will be sent via Canada Post and the USPS. Zelpha Comics Ltd will provide a tracking number (where applicable) once an item is sent. Once the tracking number states the product has been delivered, or that a notice card has been left for the purchaser, the purchase is deemed 'delivered'.
All stated delivery costs for Zelpha Comics Ltd. products are based on Canada Post’s rates, which are determined by the packaged product’s 1) weight, 2) physical dimensions, and 3) destination point. Zelpha Comics Ltd. does not profit from the stated shipping costs for any given product.
